The article publication charge APC that the corresponded author should pay is (250,000 ID ) Iraqi Dinar during the submitting process of the research. This APC include the cost of research publication, reviewing, evaluating , assessment and plagiarism assessment . The authors can have a visit to college of engineering inside the university of Sulaimani accounting unit and pay the APC or can do through money transactions using FIB or Suoer IQ or ZainCash using the contact number of the journal .
